咳得耐會變哮喘嗎﹖

一般感冒咳嗽,應該4-7天痊癒。但若病邪厲害,沒有及時治療,或初病時沒有好好休養,導致病情加重,久之令正氣虛弱,無力抗邪,都會使咳嗽纏綿不癒。 慢性咳嗽與氣虛、陰虛有關,氣虛的咳嗽病人咳聲低微,平時有氣無力,精神疲累;陰虛的咳嗽病人容易口乾,聲意沙啞,脾氣急躁。若長期咳嗽會使正氣不足,再到潮濕寒冷的地方感染寒濕之邪,或應酬時飲酒過多加上油膩食物令脾胃積熱,都會令身體聚濕生痰。一旦在體內形成伏痰,痰隨氣升,就會發生哮鳴聲,氣為痰阻,以致氣管收縮,呼吸不暢,就是哮喘。 臨床上遇過病人咳嗽未癒就去滑雪,亦遇過病人因工作關係即使咳嗽仍要出席連場飲宴大吃大喝,最終引發氣促、胸悶、咳嗽時帶有哮鳴聲等哮喘症狀。痰濕之邪在體內並不易袪除,加上病人體質偏虛,最後要一段稍長時間才能完全痊癒。或問,止咳不就行了﹖不少人誤會了哮喘是「咳」的問題,其實哮喘是「痰」的問題。伏痰不除,即使咳嗽稍緩,遇到刺激因素如天氣變化、空氣污濁、情緒不穩,頑痰都會乘勢而發,引發哮喘。 常言道:病向淺中醫。這個「醫」除了治療,亦要病人配合善待自己身體,生病要休息,不要胡亂進食刺激性食物,才能使病邪在淺表之處快速袪除,避免令病邪層層深入,延長復元所需時間。 Medium: https://medium.com/@himyattong FB: https://www.facebook.com/himyattong/ IG: https://www.instagram.com/himyattong/ Website: https://www.himyattong.com -----------------------------
