Knee Pain is usually caused by acute injury or degeneration. Sports such as running, climbing, cycling and jumping put a lot of pressures on the knees. The joints become vulnerable to such pressure while workouts. Knee pain easily gets worsened with prolonged exercises as there is no time for a full recovery.
